چکیده

This paper considers a two-level supply chain involving supplier and retailer. The retailer sells perishable products to consumers over finite time horizon, the demand is driven by price-and-utility function. First, we study noncooperative problem, which formulated Stackelberg model. It shown that optimal pricing strategy of reduce constant amount on price at beginning each stage. Second, examine cooperative in jointly product. Maximum selling cycle lengths two situations are obtained analyzing reasonability sales price. We demonstrate length extended cooperation. Moreover, show they lower case so as maximize total profit. Meanwhile, an allocation method provided based proportion.
